What is EFT?

EFT is a simple technique developed by Gary Craig, that any one can use to dissolve away minor and major emotional stress and help alleviate minor ailments.

It involves tapping or holding specific energy release points on the face, body and hands whilst focussing on a symptom, whether that is emotional eg anxiety, anger or physical eg a headache, pain or sore throat. As energy releases symptoms dissolve away leaving you relaxed and free of the issue. Its simple, its fast and anyone, even kids can learn and apply it.
