and I have been EFT Buddies for a couple of years now. I must say Baya
has been a life saver to me on many occasions. Whenever I’m struggling,
stressed, stuck and cant get myself to do my own EFT and need some support
we schedule a telephone session, and Baya does the same with me.
Through this mutual support I have come through many challenging times
and so has Baya and along the way we have developed a wonderful friendship.
We know each other’s ‘stuff’ , we help each other move
through what we’re dealing with and we watch each other grow and
blossom as human beings. I can’t tell you how wonderful having my
own EFT Buddy is in my life. In fact, I have a few EFT Buddies, in case
one’s not available when I need it !! and goodness knows where I’d
be without these great people.
With Baya and my other EFT Buddies I’ve worked on relationship issues
and crises, family relationships, work related stress, food cravings,
healing painful memories, identifying blocks to moving on at various times.
I’ve learned so much about myself and about others gaining deeper
insights into the subject of health and wellbeing and am a richer person
as a result. I do use EFT and also the EmoTrance working on myself, but
its so much nicer to have someone to work with.
The EFT support relationships I have been developing lead me to the idea
of setting up the EFT Buddy Network, to encourage all EFT-ers at all levels
to make new EFT friends and to exchange this wonderful gift of healing
and support for life.

for one minute what it would be like to be able to pick up the phone at
any time, anytime at all, wherever you are in the world and someone would
be on the other end of the line, saying yes, of course I can help, I am
free in an hour. Well, this is what has been going on now, between Sandra
and I, for the past two years.
We often laugh that we are the ultimate EFT Buddies and wish that others
would join us in one of the most exciting relationships we have enjoyed,
one that is entirely based on energy flow.
We have picked each other up off the floor, cheered each other on, battled
together and cried together. We have witnessed and affirmed each other
to the best of our abilities. We have tapped on everything that was blocking
our way, from relationship issues to work issues. We have transformed
our lives together and it has been loads of fun.
